About the role
Soley is building a product mining platform that turns complex product data into practical insights. The goal is to help companies make faster, better decisions across supply chains, resource management, and sustainable growth. The team works in a fast-moving international SaaS environment and is looking for someone who wants to create measurable impact.
Your mission
In this role, you will make sure the product mining platform is successfully introduced, rolled out, and used sustainably by enterprise customers.
What you will do
- Lead the implementation and rollout of an innovative data analytics and AI SaaS platform for enterprise industrial clients.
- Coordinate projects together with internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Set up and operate relevant cloud and data infrastructure.
- Configure data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Prepare project deliverables such as KPIs and process documentation, and hold regular customer review meetings.
- Plan and run trainings and workshops for users and stakeholders.
- Present results to stakeholders, including C-level leaders, with a focus on savings and revenue potential.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Solution Consulting, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS implementations.
- Confident presence and strong stakeholder management skills across different audiences, from IT teams to senior executives.
- Well-structured communication with a clear and precise style.
- Basic programming knowledge in SQL and Python, or the willingness to build it quickly.
- Hands-on experience with cloud and data stacks.
- Exposure to industrial data sources, ERP systems, or BI tools such as SAP, Infor, ProAlpha, Power BI, Fabric, or SAP BW is an advantage.
- Very good German and English skills.
