Role overview
The Solutions Architect will assess business objectives and translate them into practical technology approaches. This role focuses on shaping, enhancing, and delivering technical solutions that help the organization meet its goals through the right mix of software, hardware, and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute ideas in collaborative sessions to shape workable solutions for business challenges.
- Spot and recommend ways to improve existing processes.
- Define and record requirements for testing.
- Evaluate how IT can better support business priorities and operational goals.
- Partner with business teams to refine IT strategy and strengthen current implementations.
- Coordinate the build and movement of software and services across the organization.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to create scalable products and solution designs.

Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required. The ideal candidate should bring at least 8 years of experience in a Solution Architect position, with deep knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions, especially Cybersecurity.
This is a hands-on solution architecture role centered on designing and delivering complete technology solutions that meet customer business and technical expectations. Strong technical architecture, solution design, and customer advisory experience are essential. The role also calls for a confident personality, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, since it involves direct client interaction. Experience working with enterprise customers, gathering requirements, offering technical direction, and supporting solution adoption across Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure is important.
