We are looking for a Social Creative who is deeply plugged into online culture and social platforms. The ideal person notices emerging trends early, understands what resonates with niche communities, and can turn those moments into content that spreads.

Key responsibilities

• React quickly to live cultural and social moments with creative, timely content.
• Concept, script, film, and edit short-form videos designed to perform well on social platforms using tools such as CapCut and Premiere.
• Interact with audience and fan communities in a natural, human way.
• Develop platform-first content ideas that are easy to share and tailored to the audience.

Experience and background

• Bring 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management or content creation, ideally in an agency environment.
• Share a strong portfolio that demonstrates short-form video work, meme content, and copywriting that generated meaningful engagement.
• Show strong timing, along with a solid understanding of how social platform metrics work.
