Site Supervisor (BSC)

Role Overview

Rich Construction Company Pte Ltd is hiring a Site Supervisor (BSC) in Singapore. The role is focused on coordinating on-site activities, monitoring subcontractor progress, and supporting defect resolution work to keep projects aligned with schedule and required standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors closely and coordinate their work so tasks stay on track with the project timeline.
• Check that subcontractor work follows industrial standards as well as the contract requirements and specifications.
• Support the handling of project defects and any rectification work that needs to be completed.
• Take on other related tasks or ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum Certificate in Building Supervision or a qualification in a relevant field is required.
• Prior experience in HDB BSC operations will be considered an advantage.
