Role Overview
Euro Homes Group is looking for a seasoned, outcome-focused Project Manager to take charge of projects from the initial idea stage through to final delivery. This role calls for someone who can guide teams, coordinate priorities, and keep timelines, budgets, and resources under control to ensure timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage every phase of construction and real estate assignments, from early planning to handover.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to support smooth execution within agreed scope.
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders so all moving parts stay aligned.
- Ensure projects meet safety rules, building regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Spot problems early and take action to fix issues that emerge during the project cycle.
- Draft and submit periodic updates to senior leadership covering progress, costs, and timelines.
- Maintain strong client communication, manage expectations, and build positive working relationships.
- Run project meetings and make sure everyone involved remains informed and on the same page.
- Track project outcomes and apply corrective measures whenever performance slips off course.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience in construction and real estate.
- A demonstrated history of delivering large construction or real estate projects successfully.
- Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and negotiate effectively.
- Comfort working under pressure and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Good grasp of budgeting, contracts, and project scheduling.
- PMP certification or a similar credential will be an added advantage.
