Service Officer Pool

Role Overview

The Rural Bank of Angeles is hiring for a Service Officer Pool position based in the Stuttgart Region. The role is assigned to branches in Ilocos, La Union, and Pangasinan Region III, and is intended for candidates who can support branch operations with a strong mix of technical, supervisory, and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• You should hold a four-year degree in any field, with preference given to applicants from Accounting or other business-related courses.
• A minimum of three years in branch operations is required.
• At least one year of that experience should be in a supervisory capacity.
• You need practical knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, branch-level operations, and risk control.
• Basic people-management ability and strong communication skills are important for this role.
• The position calls for someone who can analyze situations well and stay effective under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with internet-based tools are needed.

Work Assignment

The selected candidate will be assigned across Ilocos, La Union, and Pangasinan in Region III.
