Role overview
This position supports day-to-day administrative and operational work for a resort and casino environment. The role calls for strong coordination, compliance awareness, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Take charge of routine administrative activities while ensuring work is aligned with regulatory obligations, internal policies, standard operating procedures, and service expectations.
- Coordinate the registration and communication flow for tournaments, ticketing, events, and promotions, while also managing procurement activities and tracking the prompt delivery of products and marketing materials.
- Draft precise reports for both regulators and management, gather marketing-related observations, and keep project tracking lists updated so deliverables are completed on time.
- Work closely with different departments, support people-related matters such as discipline, shift scheduling, and attendance, and handle operational support duties on the casino floor during busy periods or when needed.
- Carry out other assigned tasks whenever required.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Must satisfy the relevant regulatory authority’s minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- Strong organisational ability, resourcefulness, and the capability to juggle several projects within tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working under pressure and able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving setting.

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Singapore. The role may involve operational duties in a casino setting and may require support during peak seasons or at other times as operational needs arise.
