Role Overview

This opening is for a Senior Electrical / Low Current Estimation Engineer based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within a long-established design-and-build organization known for delivering recognized projects across the Kingdom. The selected professional will be responsible for preparing accurate pricing from the ground up for Design & Build, Construction, and Project Management tenders.

Core Scope

The position requires complete ownership of the estimation cycle, including tender analysis, quantity take-offs, rate development, and coordination of subcontractor quotations. The role demands strong commercial judgment and the ability to justify estimates during bid discussions and reviews.

Technical Focus

The estimator will work across electrical and low-current systems, with exposure to LV, MV, HV, and ELV disciplines. A strong working knowledge of Saudi and international standards such as SBC, SEC, NEC, and IEC is essential for this role.

Candidate Profile

The employer is seeking a seasoned estimator with more than 10 years of experience in electrical and low current estimating, preferably gained with Saudi contractors. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory. Professional cost certifications such as CEP, CCP, or CPE are considered an advantage. A transferable Iqama is preferred.
