- Make sure reporting is reliable, timely, properly governed, and consistent with internal and regulatory expectations.
- Lead investigations into loss events, fraud behavior, shifts in credit performance, and operational failures.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses that support risk strategy, new product launches, control improvements, and partner-related initiatives.
- Convert analytical findings into strategic actions that balance risk management with commercial goals.
- Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams to improve data access, data quality, and automated reporting.
- Build, coach, and manage a strong risk analytics and reporting team.
- Encourage rigorous analysis, smooth operations, and a strong risk-aware culture.
What we are looking for

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with an emphasis on practical, action-oriented outcomes.
- Ability to strike the right balance between risk control, business growth, and innovation.

- Deep knowledge of risk management, fraud detection, and financial crime prevention.
- Familiarity with global payment networks, e-commerce businesses, and financial technology environments.
- Good understanding of regulatory expectations and standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2.
