Vistaar News is hiring a Scheduling Executive for its media operations team in Bhopal. This onsite role focuses on day-to-day program planning, ad slot management, and coordination across content and commercial teams. Compensation will be offered as per market standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain broadcast schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Assign time slots for programs, advertisements, promos, fillers, and special content.
  • Make sure the schedule supports the channel’s programming plan and intended audience.
  • Coordinate regularly with Programming, Production, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Work with the Traffic/Ad Sales function to place commercial spots correctly.

  • Communicate schedule updates and revised versions clearly to stakeholders.

  • Prepare MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
