Role overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and roll out Salesforce-based solutions that support changing business needs. This role works closely with teams across the organization to understand requirements, contribute technical guidance, and deliver dependable solutions. The position focuses on connecting Salesforce with other enterprise platforms, strengthening automation, and improving overall system efficiency. A strong command of Salesforce development and a drive to improve processes are essential.

Work location and experience

The role is based in a hybrid setup in Surat, Gujarat, India. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.

Compensation

The budget for this position is 12 LPA to 15 LPA.

Must-have technical skills

• Solid practical experience with Apex, Triggers, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Good working knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST API, SOAP API, and Bulk API.
• Experience using External IDs and upsert-driven integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot failed API integrations and data uploads.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce object model and account hierarchies.
• Experience with parent-child relationships and custom rollup logic.
• Comfortable using Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, and Postman.
• Experience reviewing Debug Logs, Apex Jobs, and Flow-related errors.
• Familiarity with VS Code, SFDX, Git, Change Sets, Copado, or Gearset deployments.

Preferred skills

• Exposure to Salesforce integrations with SAP, Power BI, ETL tools, and data warehouses.
• Understanding of middleware platforms and enterprise integration design.
• Experience supporting large CRM implementations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
• Background in manufacturing, operations, or enterprise CRM environments is an advantage.

Experience and qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong practical exposure to Salesforce development and enterprise integrations.
• Experience handling large data volumes and providing production support.
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems and operational workflows.
