Sales Executive

About the role

EASYFAIRS ALGERIE is hiring a sales professional for its professional fairs and exhibitions business in Hydra, Algiers. The company is part of the Belgian EASYFAIRS group, which reports €235 million in turnover, employs 700 people, and operates across 15 countries.

The role is focused on active commercial prospecting: you should already have experience finding and approaching clients yourself, rather than only responding to inbound leads. Strong spoken and written communication in French and Arabic is essential, and English must be at a good level because it will be assessed orally. You will use your conversational skills to reach prospects by phone, by email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and sell exhibition stands to them.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
• Contribute to sales planning and execution.
• Work with the marketing team to find prospects and sales opportunities.
• Manage and follow up on existing client accounts.
• Create tailored commercial proposals for prospective customers.
• Explain the benefits and features of the company’s professional trade fairs.

Requirements

• You must have prior experience in active commercial prospecting.
• A university degree is required, at least Licence/Bachelor’s level or Master’s level, or a higher education qualification.
• French fluency is mandatory.
• English should be very good; oral proficiency will be tested.
• You should be able to prospect by phone, in writing, and face to face.
• You need to live in Algiers, ideally within 45 minutes of Hydra.
• Being punctual and detail-oriented is expected.
• Having your own transport is considered an advantage.
