This organization is a long-standing engineering solutions provider focused on HVAC, ventilation, fire safety, and MEP systems for industrial and commercial developments. It serves clients across the Western region with complete support that covers design, supply, installation, and maintenance.
Role Overview
The Sales Engineer will drive business growth for HVAC and ventilation products, work directly with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and industrial buyers, and translate customer needs into practical technical solutions. The role also involves preparing techno-commercial offers, closing deals, supporting execution, and building lasting client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC and ventilation product lines.
- Engage with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and industrial customers to understand project needs.
- Assess client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Develop techno-commercial proposals and manage the sales closure process.
- Consistently work toward sales targets while nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- About 2 to 5 years of experience in technical or B2B sales.
- Background in HVAC, ventilation, air handling, industrial equipment, or other mechanical products is preferred.
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong command of communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and preparing techno-commercial proposals.
