The platform centers on apartments and villas and aims to keep prices as low as possible by eliminating agencies, commissions, and other intermediaries. In simple terms, it functions like a commission-free booking platform where guests deal directly with apartment owners, helping ensure the most competitive pricing.
Role Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify new landlords who legally own accommodation properties, reach out to them, and explain the value of listing their apartments or villas on the Rentdnd platform. Once interest is confirmed, you will hand over the lead to the listing team for the next steps.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new landlords who are the legal owners of accommodation properties.
- Contact potential landlords and present the advantages of listing their apartment or villa on Rentdnd.
- Assess interest from landlords and transfer qualified leads to the listing team.
Requirements
- Strong command of English is essential.
- Applicants must hold a valid work permit in Mauritius, such as a student permit, occupation permit, PRP, or citizenship.
- Candidates must be physically located in Mauritius.

This role is based in Flic en Flac, Black River, Mauritius and is a full-time onsite position.
