Role overview
UCC Holding is seeking a Safety Trainer to design and deliver Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) learning programs that align with company policies, legal obligations, and recognized industry practices. This role is focused on strengthening safety awareness across project sites and making sure employees understand and follow safe work methods.
Key responsibilities
- Run HSE induction sessions and periodic refresher training for employees and workers.
- Develop, refresh, and maintain training content, slide decks, and safety handbooks.
- Track the impact of training sessions, assess their effectiveness, and suggest practical improvements.
- Assist site leadership with safety drives, awareness campaigns, and toolbox talks.
- Keep all training documentation and compliance records accurate, current, and organized.
Education
A diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health Technology, or another closely related discipline, is required.
Experience
Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in GCC countries, specifically within high-rise and hotel construction projects.
Technical and functional competencies
- Strong safety awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
- Ability to carry out safety reviews and site inspections.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, onsite role.
