Role overview

Eastlands Venue Services Limited is building a new hospitality destination at Medlock Square, a year-round district at the Etihad Campus beside the Etihad Stadium and the Co-op Live arena. The area is designed to celebrate Manchester’s heritage while creating a modern landmark for food, leisure, culture, and entertainment.

The venue will feature a broad food and beverage mix, including casual coffee spaces, all-day dining, signature restaurants, and premium dining experiences. It is intended to serve daily visitors as well as large event crowds, delivering high-quality hospitality throughout the week and across the events calendar.

In the Runner role, you will help keep service moving smoothly by making sure food and drinks reach guests accurately, quickly, and to a high standard. You will work alongside Waiters, Bartenders, and Kitchen teams to support an efficient front-of-house operation and a strong guest experience.

This is a busy, practical role that suits someone who brings energy, strong teamwork, and a sharp eye for detail. You may support both polished restaurant service and high-volume matchday or event service.

Key responsibilities

Your work will help maintain service flow, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
