The Resource Administrator will help keep the schools running efficiently by managing key physical resources such as textbooks, stationery, classroom materials, and reprographics. The role also involves responding to operational needs as directed by the operations and office manager and the school principal.

Core duties

  • Coordinate the receipt and distribution of textbooks, notebooks, and other general school deliveries.
  • Manage stationery stock levels, carry out stock checks, and communicate reorder needs in time for supplies to arrive within a two-week notice window.
  • Provide day-to-day support to staff across the working day.
  • Remain reachable by the operations and office manager and members of the senior leadership team.
  • Assist with printing and laminating class materials and display items whenever requested by the operations and office manager.

  • Support teachers with the upkeep of corridor displays when needed.
  • Check in daily with the operations and office manager to align on priorities for the day.
