Overview
This is an office-based reservations role supporting a premium cocktail bar group in Central London. The position sits within a busy head office team and focuses on guest enquiries, booking management, and smooth day-to-day reservations operations across several high-volume venues.
Working Pattern
The role is full-time, Monday to Saturday, working 5 days per week. After the probation period, the schedule becomes hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Core Responsibilities
You will act as the first contact for guest booking enquiries across a portfolio of busy venues. The role requires confident handling of reservations, clear communication with guests and venue teams, and accurate administration to ensure a smooth booking journey.
- Manage a large volume of incoming reservations and guest queries.
- Support several venues while liaising closely with on-site management.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, booking platform updates, and group booking requests.
- Provide guests with prompt, helpful, and accurate information.
- Keep administrative records organised and produce reports where required.
Experience and Skills Needed
The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality reservations experience, ideally gained in bars, clubs, restaurants, or hotels. Experience supporting multiple venues or busy, high-traffic sites is important, along with the ability to cope with heavy call volume. Familiarity with DesignMyNight would be a plus.
- Hospitality reservations background.

Additional Information
