Core Responsibilities

• Keep reporting outputs dependable by checking data accuracy, developing dashboards, and supporting analytical needs across the business.
• Review datasets and reports regularly to confirm they are complete, consistent, and correct.
• Create, update, and improve automated reports and dashboards that track product and business KPIs, using BI tools such as Tableau.
• Trace and fix inconsistencies across extraction, transformation, and reporting layers in data pipelines.
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure business metrics are interpreted correctly.
• Continuously refine reporting processes and dashboard performance to improve efficiency and ease of use.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience using BI and data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong SQL capability, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, with experience creating complex analytical queries.
• Ability to convert business questions into structured analytical and reporting solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking with a focus on data quality.
• Experience working with stakeholders on requirements gathering, solution design, and insight presentation.
• Comfort working independently and handling reporting responsibilities end to end in a fast-moving environment.
• Good English communication skills at Pre-Intermediate level or above.
