About the role

REM Waste is a waste management business based in the UK, serving more than 750 suppliers across the country. As the company expands its commercial arm, the focus is shifting from one-off deals to longer-term agreements. The business is looking for a Commercial Sales Executive who can actively sell those contracts.

In this position, you will manage a portfolio of medium to large commercial accounts and close volume-based agreements that build durable client relationships. This is a selling-focused role with an account book attached, rather than a traditional support-only account management position.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial accounts within HubSpot and develop it over time.
  • Sell contract structures that suit each client’s needs, including annual fixed-price agreements, monthly contracts, project-based work, and ad-hoc arrangements.
  • Evaluate each customer’s business situation in a consultative way and recommend the most suitable commercial option, whether they are a national contractor delivering 400 homes or a company working project by project.
  • Continuously expand the account book by increasing contract count, volume, and relationship depth.
