About the Opportunity

ReRoot Cyber is working with a global managed security services provider to expand its well-established, highly regarded red team. This position is suited to experienced red team operators and team leads who want to shape the evolution of simulated attack capabilities.

You will collaborate with respected practitioners in a close, supportive, and progressive environment that values teamwork over ego. Candidates with hands-on experience running red team engagements, strong command and control expertise, and the ability to build custom tooling are especially encouraged to apply.

Ideal Background

The role is best suited to professionals with 2 to 3 years in a dedicated red team function, including end-to-end ownership of engagements. You should also bring experience with scripting and automation, advanced C2 platforms, cloud-focused red teaming, infrastructure deployment through IaC, and strong client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Red team certifications such as CCSAS/CCRTS, CCSAM, or CSRTM
Experience with regulatory testing frameworks such as CBEST, STAR, STAR-FS, or TIBER-EU
