Role overview
Our client, a major global investment firm, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its Talent Attraction Partnerships team in Charlotte, NC. This position is based onsite with a hybrid schedule of three days per week, so candidates must be local to the area.
This is a 6-month contract assignment, with a possibility of being extended.
In this position, you’ll build practical knowledge of the organization’s attraction partners, tools, and hiring strategies. You’ll also develop a deeper understanding of candidate engagement while helping deliver high-quality recruitment and hiring events.
Key responsibilities
- Manage event logistics, including choosing, sending, and receiving booth materials, and assisting with interview scheduling, job postings, and sourcing through Paradox, Handshake, 12Twenty, and similar platforms.
- Track inventory and report available items to talent attraction leads.
- Partner closely with Attraction Team Leads to help deliver campus and MBA events across the United States successfully.
Required experience and qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, especially supporting hiring fairs and recruitment events.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with a recruitment platform or ATS is considered an advantage.

The assignment is expected to run for 6 months, with the potential to continue beyond that.
