Role overview
HubSearch is hiring a recruiter to join its fully remote team in the United States. The company focuses on recruiting for the HubSpot platform ecosystem and partners with clients to find strong passive talent. This is not a staffing agency role; the team operates as a talent acquisition partner that helps clients build high-performing teams.
What you will do
The main focus of this role is candidate delivery. You will source, screen, interview, and nurture candidates through every stage of the hiring process. The role involves working with digital marketers, marketing strategists, HubSpot product specialists, creatives, and other professionals needed by client teams.
What the team is looking for
The ideal recruiter is enthusiastic about recruiting as a profession and knows how to use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems to identify, engage, and move candidates forward. Strong phone communication, relationship-building, and the ability to present opportunities clearly are essential. You should also be comfortable handling sensitive conversations around compensation, interview preparation, and feedback.
Success in this role also depends on a positive mindset, the ability to manage several searches at once, and a balance of quality with volume. The company is an early-stage business that is evolving quickly, so a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach is important.
Experience and qualifications
Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience as a professional recruiter, with hands-on work in sourcing passive talent, building candidate relationships, running interviews, managing interview processes, and closing offers. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms is required, along with a data-driven approach and comfort being held accountable to recruiting metrics.
Compensation and benefits
The package includes a base salary plus commission. Benefits include health coverage, parental leave, STD/LTD, a 401(k) plan, and flexible vacation. Successful hires will also be provided with a MacBook Air, a LinkedIn Recruiter seat, and other tools needed to perform well.
