Role overview
Al Rayah Driving School in Doha is looking for a polished and service-oriented Receptionist who can communicate fluently in Tagalog and English. This role is centered on creating a welcoming first point of contact for students and visitors while supporting the front desk with day-to-day administrative work.
Compensation
The offered salary is QAR 2,500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Receive and assist students and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, then route them to the appropriate person or department.
- Keep student files, records, and related documents organized and up to date.
- Provide general support for front-desk and administrative activities so operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Tagalog and English is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience in receptionist, front desk, or a comparable customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a courteous and professional manner.
- Good interpersonal abilities and a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools.
- Well-developed organization and multitasking skills.
- Professional presentation is expected.
Language requirement
Tagalog is mandatory for this position.
Work location
This is an in-person role in Doha, Qatar.
