Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for handling measurements, cost estimation, bill verification, and commercial coordination across projects. The role supports project budgeting, procurement, execution, and cost control activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed quantity measurements and prepare BOQs.
• Develop project cost estimates and perform rate analysis.
• Review quotations received from vendors and subcontractors.
• Check contractor invoices and verify work measurements.
• Work closely with procurement and project execution teams.
• Track material reconciliation and monitor project expenditure.
• Prepare project budgets and periodic cost statements.
• Assist with work order preparation and project planning tasks.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is INR 4,50,000 to INR 5,50,000 per year.
