About the role
This position is for a quantitative researcher who will contribute to training AI models. The work calls for advanced mathematical thinking, and while a Master’s or PhD that is currently underway or already completed is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates from closely related fields such as Applied Mathematics or Computer Science may also be a fit.
Working style and benefits

- Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, and some projects may include higher bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Create varied and challenging mathematics prompts for AI chatbots and review how they respond.
- Assess AI model outputs for accuracy and overall quality of performance.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English at a native or bilingual level.
- Careful, detail-focused approach to work.
- Solid knowledge of statistics, arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, probability, and both inductive and deductive reasoning.
- A Master’s and/or PhD in progress or completed is preferred, though not required.
