QCS Staffing is hiring a QC Analyst for a 6-month contract in Dublin, Ireland, supporting a major facility expansion within a multinational biopharmaceutical environment. Key responsibilities

• Carry out release and stability testing on drug substance and drug product samples in line with approved methods and cGMP standards.
• Review analytical results and complete routine data analysis based on proven assay capability.
• Record all laboratory work accurately in approved systems while maintaining data integrity and following ALCOA principles.
• Support the preparation, review, and approval of controlled documents such as SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Detect, investigate, and document out-of-specification, out-of-trend, and deviation cases according to established quality procedures.

Candidate profile

The preferred applicant will hold at least a BSc in Biochemistry or a closely related subject. Prior experience in a regulated biopharmaceutical laboratory is an advantage. Familiarity with HPLC/UPLC and Empower is beneficial, though not mandatory.

The role also calls for someone who can work on their own initiative, spot unusual patterns or results, and handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong problem-solving ability, clear communication, and a collaborative team mindset are important.
