QA Website Tester

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Website Tester to help maintain high standards for website quality and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding issues, improving reliability, and working closely with a team to deliver polished web experiences.

Key Duties

• Create and run detailed test plans and test cases for websites built on WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, and headless CMS platforms.
• Spot, record, and monitor defects tied to functionality, usability, performance, and security.
• Check that websites behave consistently across major browsers and devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Carry out regression testing to make sure fixes and updates do not create new problems.
• Review websites from a visitor’s point of view and share feedback on ease of use and accessibility.
• Support ongoing review of performance metrics and help identify possible slowdowns or bottlenecks.
• Contribute to accessibility efforts so websites align with ADA standards and provide an inclusive experience.
• Partner with developers to recreate issues clearly and keep the team updated on testing progress and results.
