About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Associate to coordinate cross-functional work, keep stakeholders aligned, and manage executive schedules as well as project timelines. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead projects from start to finish and help ensure important initiatives are completed on schedule.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, tracking sheets, and progress updates.

  • Monitor delivery progress and keep work aligned with business goals.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

  • Keep communication clear and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned.

Calendar & Meeting Management

Requirements
