Role Overview
This full-time on-site opportunity is for a Project Assistant based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role requires a solid background in business analysis and the ability to apply BA methods effectively throughout the project lifecycle, especially when working on complex initiatives with changing requirements.
Experience Profile
The position calls for 3 to 5 years of deep, practical experience as a Business Analyst. Candidates should be comfortable contributing from the ground up on projects and supporting delivery in dynamic environments.
Key Expectations
- Work as a Business Analyst across project activities.
- Apply knowledge of business analysis practices, tasks, techniques, and knowledge areas in real project scenarios.
- Use Agile TFS, user stories, and Agile development practices effectively.
- Bring understanding of domain modeling and process modeling.
- Contribute to BPM-related work.
- Support projects from initial setup through execution.
- Communicate fluently in Arabic, which is required for the role.
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex projects where requirements may shift often, and should demonstrate the ability to adapt business analysis methods to meet project needs.
