About the Role
Google Operations Center supports Google users and customers by helping solve problems and reach goals in a work environment that emphasizes continuous improvement and teamwork. This position is for a Program Management Lead who will act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and the production team, contribute technical leadership to offshore production, and be accountable for delivering high-quality marketing programs within agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to shape integrated media plans across multiple digital channels so they align with campaign goals and intended audiences.
- Work through campaign prioritization and make trade-offs based on available resources.
- Serve as the main daily contact for core business teams and handle escalations and queries.
- Work with PMMs during the campaign concept stage to collect technical inputs, validate feasibility, and estimate execution timelines.
- Support PMMs in preparing the Campaign Requirement Document and make sure all intake material is complete and detailed for the production team.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to gather every required input for program intake.
- Compile campaign assets and details for the offshore product team, then review the final build before stakeholder approval.
- Work closely with the offshore digital production team to deliver effective marketing programs.
- Act as a problem solver and thought partner by identifying issues, recommending solutions, and enabling fast resolution.
- Own operational, organizational, and business metrics tied to the program, with attention to excellence, training, certifications, process discipline, SOPs, innovation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Coordinate with offshore marketing operations during escalations, including investigation and issue resolution.
- Convert complex MarTech and production requirements into marketing execution that supports business goals and strategy.
- Contribute to improvements in marketing automation tools and related projects.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience working with digital media platforms and marketing automation tools such as email, paid media, and event-related campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategy into outcomes, including a successful history of designing go-to-market plans.
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and coordinating offshore production teams.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines while working collaboratively.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to manage campaigns end to end.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous people management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and ad-serving platforms such as DV360.
- Strong analytical ability and a proven record of solving complex problems.
- Working knowledge of marketing operations, workflows, and business requirements.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, deadline-heavy environment with frequent changes and many concurrent projects.
