Role overview
ManpowerGroup Ireland is recruiting on behalf of its client SAP for a Program Coordinator. This is a 12-month contract assignment with the potential to be extended. The role is based in Galway and follows a hybrid working arrangement.
What you will do
- Review and approve program workflows as well as any exception requests.
- Assess the current library of program assets and supporting materials.
- Revise existing content and partner with a design agency or internal teams to develop any additional items required.
- Take creative ownership of selected assets where needed.
- Gather input from regional stakeholders so that the information remains useful and relevant.
- Build and maintain a quarterly communication pack for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage the external vendor handling content and material creation.
- Provide broader support to the Cloud Choice Design Team as needed.
Experience and skills needed
- Background in administration, sales support, marketing, or content development.
- Practical experience using PowerPoint and maintaining SharePoint content.
- Ability to juggle several workstreams at the same time.
- Confident communicator across all levels of an organisation.
- Open to learning new topics and taking on additional projects.
Additional information
This opportunity is offered as a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The position is hybrid and based in Galway, County Galway, Ireland.
