Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala. The Production Assistant will support daily manufacturing activities, help maintain product quality, assist customers when needed, collaborate closely with the wider team, update product-related documents, and contribute to smooth and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support routine production activities on the factory floor.
• Assist in checking and maintaining product quality standards.
• Provide customer service support as required.
• Work closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
• Edit and maintain product documentation.
• Help improve operational efficiency across the production line.

Required Qualifications

• Background or experience in production support and quality assurance.
• Customer service exposure.
• Strong editing and teamwork abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or the dairy sector will be an added advantage.
