Role Overview

The Procurement Coordinator will assist the Procurement Department in managing the purchase of goods and services for AZOR’s residential compounds and corporate functions. This position handles purchase request processing, quotation collection, purchase order creation, supplier coordination, and delivery follow-up while ensuring that all activities align with company rules, quality expectations, and budget limits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check incoming purchase requests to make sure they are complete and accurate.
  • Request quotations from approved vendors and build commercial comparison summaries.
  • Prepare and release purchase orders in line with procurement procedures.
  • Liaise with internal teams to verify purchasing needs and delivery timelines.
  • Track suppliers and follow up to secure on-time delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor purchase orders and handle everyday procurement or delivery concerns.
  • Keep procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing files up to date.
  • Assist with reviewing and onboarding new suppliers while keeping the approved vendor list current.
  • Work with Finance on invoices, payment-related documents, and purchase records.
  • Make sure all procurement work follows company policies, procedures, and approval limits.
  • Compile procurement reports and purchasing data for management as needed.
  • Support contract paperwork and maintain well-organized procurement files.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline.

Experience

Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar field.

Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should understand procurement workflows and purchasing procedures, be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools especially Excel, and preferably have experience with ERP systems. They should also be able to prepare purchase orders, keep procurement records organized, and work with supplier quotations and basic supplier evaluation.
