Role overview
This is a remote-first Pricing Manager opportunity for a candidate based in Ireland. The role sits within a fast-growing global business focused on digital connectivity, where pricing plays a central role in growth, competitiveness, and profit performance across more than 200 international markets.
You will lead the development of global pricing strategy and create the frameworks, processes, and tools that support major commercial decisions. The position brings together data, product, marketing, and finance, with responsibility for experimentation, elasticity analysis, and dynamic pricing adjustments based on market movement. It is a hands-on, high-impact role with direct influence on revenue and expansion, as well as an opportunity to help build the pricing function from the ground up.
Key accountabilities
- Set up and roll out a global pricing structure that brings consistency to decision-making across markets and supports scalable revenue growth.
- Create and oversee experimentation methods to test pricing ideas, confirm assumptions, and improve commercial performance over time.
- Study customer patterns and market signals to estimate price sensitivity and convert findings into practical pricing actions.
- Design automated or partially automated pricing release systems so pricing can move quickly across multiple regions and currencies.
- Put in place data-led processes that allow the business to respond quickly to competitor activity and market changes.
- Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and outside partners so pricing choices stay aligned with wider business goals.
- Help build, coach, and grow a strong pricing team with a focus on analytical discipline and ownership.
- Manage external agency relationships and keep their work aligned with commercial performance targets.
Candidate profile
The employer is seeking someone with background in strategic pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics, ideally from a fast-growing B2C SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce environment. The role also calls for strong analytical ability, confidence working with complex datasets, and the ability to turn data into usable commercial direction.
Experience with pricing systems, especially automated or semi-automated infrastructure, is important. A solid grasp of experimentation, A/B testing, and decision-making based on evidence is expected. The right candidate should also be comfortable collaborating across product, finance, and marketing in an international, fast-moving setting, with strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. Experience in travel-tech, telecommunications, or subscription-based digital products would be a plus, and familiarity with advanced statistical techniques such as Bayesian methods or machine learning applied to pricing is advantageous.
Benefits
- Fully remote setup with the freedom to work from anywhere in Europe.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and impact.
- Chance to shape a key commercial capability from an early stage.
- High-autonomy position with direct impact on worldwide revenue strategy.
- Work-life balance supported by asynchronous, outcome-focused working practices.
- Exposure to large international markets and complex pricing challenges.
- A collaborative, fast-growing culture centered on innovation and measurable results.
