• Deliver memorable customer experiences that keep shopping simple, smooth, and enjoyable.
• Create small moments that pleasantly surprise and delight customers so they feel supported and valued.
• Use your interest in home improvement, along with your product knowledge, to guide customers through their project needs.
• Make customers feel welcome, connect them with the right specialist when needed, and keep their experience positive throughout the visit.

• Previous experience in retail or hands-on exposure to power tools.
• A genuine commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Natural reliability, honesty, and punctuality.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and handle items without restrictions.
• Comfort with technology, or a willingness to learn quickly.

Schedule and benefits

This is a fixed-roster part-time position offering 17 hours per week across Friday and Saturday.
