Role Overview

This position focuses on ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining vehicle readiness, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. The role also involves dealing professionally with stakeholders and helping maintain strong customer and client relationships.

Core Duties

• Handle routine administrative tasks linked to the delivery function.
• Work toward delivery performance goals and on-time completion of routes.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Carry out basic vehicle upkeep and flag any issues when they arise.
• Support positive customer and client experiences through reliable service.
• Escalate faults or vehicle-related problems to the manager without delay.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should bring 1 to 2 years of experience in an FMCG setting. A valid driver’s license is required, along with Grade 12 / NQF Level 4. Strong time management, clear verbal and written communication, customer service capability, vehicle maintenance awareness, professionalism, and client service orientation are important for success in this role.
