Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to customers along your assigned daily route.
• Inspect properties, identify pest concerns, and apply the training provided to determine next steps.
• Explain recommended solutions clearly and in a customer-friendly manner.
• Suggest additional services when appropriate to help customers feel more protected.
• Handle company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Prepare service notes and required documentation using a handheld device.

Compensation and benefits

• Average first-year earnings are between $50,000 and $60,000.

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the required pesticide license within 90 days of joining; training and licensing costs are covered by the employer.
• Safe use of a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight limits.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas safely.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator when needed.
