Performance Copywriter

Role Overview

This position is for a remote performance copywriter who can craft persuasive marketing copy that drives clicks, leads, and sales. The role centers on writing conversion-focused content for paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, websites, and social channels, then refining that content using performance data and audience insights.

What You’ll Do

• Create compelling copy for paid search, social advertisements, landing pages, email marketing, websites, and sales funnels.
• Write attention-grabbing headlines, strong calls to action, and promotional messages that support campaign goals.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to build effective campaign assets.
• Research audiences, keywords, and competitors to shape messaging direction.
• Improve copy through A/B test findings, analytics, and conversion optimization practices.
• Keep brand messaging consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
• Review and polish content to ensure it is clear, accurate, and effective.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and modern copywriting methods.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• A portfolio that shows measurable, conversion-oriented copy across different digital platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or comparable platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, research, and communication abilities.
• Comfort managing several projects at once while meeting deadlines in a remote setup.
