About the Role

As part of the People Systems team, you will get practical exposure to HR technology, system administration, learning platform support, data handling, and general team assistance. This position suits someone who stays organised, enjoys finding structure in complex work, and likes helping a busy team perform at a high level.

The role is well suited to a problem-solver who enjoys supporting people and improving what happens behind the scenes.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine interest in systems, order, and improving processes
• Previous experience in general administration
• Exposure to Learning Management System administration would be an advantage
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and XLOOKUP
• A curious approach and the confidence to work things out independently
• A positive, proactive, and helpful attitude
