Position overview

Ludwig Meyer GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) to join its team in Friedrichsdorf, Hesse. The role can be filled either full-time or part-time and is based on site at the company headquarters.

What you will do

• Handle payroll and salary processing accurately and on time.
• Serve as a contact person for questions related to payroll, compensation, and social benefits.
• Work with social insurance providers as part of routine payroll administration.
• Prepare certificates and employment-related confirmations.
• Maintain employee records in digital personnel files.

What we are looking for

• A commercial background, ideally supplemented by further training in payroll accounting.
• At least one year of professional experience in payroll or salary accounting.
• Basic knowledge of wage tax law and social insurance regulations.
• Confident use of MS Office applications.
• DATEV experience is an advantage.
• A well-organized, careful, and precise way of working.
