Role overview
A fast-expanding professional services company is looking for a Payroll Executive to become part of its busy outsourcing function. The position is full time and focuses on end-to-end payroll delivery, along with support for accounting-related services in a high-energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll cycles through Sage Payroll and BrightPay.
- Make sure payroll activities follow Irish employment rules and tax regulations.
- Draft and file payroll submissions and statutory returns, including PSRs.
- Respond to client payroll questions and keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Irish payroll processes; holding an IPASS qualification would be beneficial.
- Comfort using payroll systems and related software.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Clear communication skills and the flexibility to work both autonomously and within a team.
