Role overview
Group 6 LLC is looking for a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations at its Singapore location. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, claim handling, and support for finance and audit activities.
Key responsibilities
- Run the complete payroll cycle and ensure all payroll activities are processed accurately.
- Maintain compliance with legal requirements, government rules, and internal group policies and standards.
- Address payroll questions related to items such as deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions including CPF and IRAS submissions.
- Prepare and file statutory claims for benefits and leave types such as childcare leave, maternity/paternity leave, and NS make-up pay.
- Coordinate with the Finance team during month-end closing for payroll matters.
- Provide payroll information and support for both internal and external audit reviews.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A diploma in HRD or a closely related field is required.
- At least 2 years of payroll experience is needed, with preference for candidates from the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, statutory reporting, and compliance obligations is essential.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and confident with numbers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and manage time effectively is important.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS payroll software, such as BIPO, is required.
- Good communication skills are necessary for this role.
