Role Overview
The Electronics Technician will support the maintenance and operational readiness of electronic defense systems. This role centers on technical fault finding, equipment checks, and working in line with engineering and safety requirements. The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify issues and carry out troubleshooting on electronic defense systems.
- Operate Depot Test Equipment to support testing and diagnostics.
- Follow and uphold safety rules, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Offer technical support and hands-on assistance whenever required.
- Examine Circuit Card Assemblies and power supply units to detect and isolate problems.
- Interpret engineering documentation and electronic circuit schematics accurately.
Required Qualifications
- A diploma in Electronics from a recognized local or international college or institute.
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
- At least 8 years of experience in troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, and final inspection of defense systems.
- Practical exposure to soldering, splicing, and wiring is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand engineering records and electronic circuit diagrams.
- Working knowledge of standard maintenance workshop procedures.
