Role Overview
Edvox Music School is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to support frontline customer interactions, administrative coordination, and retail operations at its Orchard location. The role combines service, sales, and basic reporting duties in a customer-facing environment.
Key Duties
- Handle customer enquiries and service requests in a timely and helpful manner.
- Introduce available music courses to prospective customers and support enrolment and fee collection.
- Carry out routine administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Support the sale of books and musical instruments, along with stock tracking and inventory control.
- Help prepare simple statistical summaries such as payment arrears, sales and fee revenue, and student intake or dropout figures.
Requirements
- A GCE O Level qualification is required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Customer-focused with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Available to work 3 to 4 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Shift length will be between 5 and 9.5 hours per day.
- Must be comfortable working retail-style hours, including evenings and weekends.
