About mPharma

The company operates across several African countries, including Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, Rwanda, Gabon, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Togo.
Role Overview
This position is part of the Supply Chain team and supports warehouse and outbound distribution operations. The role involves handling stock, preparing shipments, and helping ensure that deliveries and inventory records remain accurate across warehouses and partner facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the loading of outbound consignments.
- Pick and stage outgoing shipments while maintaining strong productivity standards.
- Check that incoming and outgoing goods are accurate and undamaged.
- Help ensure all material-handling equipment is used safely and efficiently.
- Support warehouse security activities.
- Assist with monthly stock count preparation and execution.
- Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations clean, organized, and safe.
- Maintain order and neatness across the warehouse and work areas.
- Monitor the correct use of safety equipment.
- Create pick lists and load lists in SAP.
- Prepare delivery notes in SAP.
- Carry out daily tasks in a way that promotes workplace safety.
- Coordinate delivery-related matters with the Transport Team.
Experience and Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar field. A good working understanding of inventory control, purchasing, receiving, pick-and-pack processes, and inbound test return procedures is also needed. An HND or degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, or another related discipline, is preferred. Experience in pharmaceuticals or general healthcare is an added advantage, and familiarity with SAP will be beneficial. Strong communication skills and close attention to detail are essential. The applicant must be available to work in Accra.
