Role Overview
This position is for a Production Technician / Operator II Technician based in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting manufacturing operations, following established procedures, and carrying out shift-based production work.
Requirements
- GCE O Level, SPM, or an equivalent qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- Applicants with internship exposure or previous manufacturing experience will have an advantage.
- Basic ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic numeracy for calculations and reporting.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Capable of understanding and following work instructions and standard procedures.
- Basic written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Able to work with little supervision.
- Open to shift work.
Working Hours
- Shift-based schedule.
- 12-hour shifts for 2 days and 8-hour shifts for 3 days each week.
