Operations Manager (Onboarding)

Role Overview

ADDX is looking for an experienced operations professional to help build and run efficient processes that support the company’s business needs. This position requires someone who is comfortable handling several tasks at once and working closely with different teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and recurring reviews for issuers and investors, whether individuals or corporate entities, on the ADDX platform, in partnership with the Client Service and Growth Issuance teams.
• Manage investor account maintenance tasks, including changes to static account information, bank details, and account status updates such as suspensions initiated by compliance, regulatory requirements, or the investor.
• Provide support for platform operations.
• Work with the Compliance and Client Service teams to enhance onboarding and periodic review workflows, and simplify documentation requirements to better support onboarding of overseas investors as ADDX expands.
• Coordinate with Compliance and the AML/KYC vendor on system enhancements, contract fee discussions or renewals, and applications for regulatory grants.
• Assist the Compliance team with AML/KYC projects and day-to-day operational matters.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with several teams and functions across the business.

Additional Information

The role is based in Singapore and is offered as a full-time, onsite position.
