Role overview
This position is responsible for keeping the Yerevan office’s operating backbone running smoothly. The role centers on managing processes, systems, data quality, and vendor-related infrastructure. It is a purely operational position and works alongside the Head of HR, who handles people-related matters such as contracts, onboarding experience, compliance, and employee relations. You will also collaborate with account managers, finance, and the CEO on operational topics.

- Managing internal tools such as Notion, COMS, n8n, and GWorkspace.
- Keeping operational data accurate across all tools.
- Building workflow automations and recurring notifications.
- Handling purchases and procurement activity.
- Monitoring operational budgets and controlling costs.
- Preparing client-facing operational reports and delivery communication.
- Managing IT access setup and access removal tracking.
- Overseeing office administration and local service providers.
- Creating operations KPI dashboards for the CEO.
- Coordinating cross-functionally when systems or workflows change.
Finance and vendor management
- Monitor operational spending and identify budget overruns early rather than after month-end closing.
- Spot and remove unnecessary recurring spend, including subscriptions, services, or contracts that are no longer actively used.
Client operations
- Act as the operational contact for service delivery issues on client accounts.
- Coordinate IT access provisioning and access revocation for contractors, while maintaining a clear audit trail.
- Handle client operational questions within the same business day.
Support to leadership
- Maintain a real-time KPI dashboard for the CEO covering headcount, active contracts, expiring contracts, and budget versus actual performance.
- Identify risks early so issues are escalated before they reach the CEO through a client.
- Lead the quarterly operations review by preparing the data, presenting insights, and driving follow-up actions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of practical operations experience in a high-tech IT services, staffing, or SaaS environment.
- Proven responsibility for systems and process ownership, rather than only executing tasks inside processes built by others.
- Strong financial understanding, including payroll inputs, budget monitoring, and vendor invoice handling.
- Good analytical ability with the capacity to detect data inconsistencies and trace them back to the source.
- Experience in IT staffing, EOR, or workforce management settings is preferred by the role context.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
