Role Overview
Join a fast-moving, adaptable business with a strong team spirit, innovative brands, and a flexible work setting. This position supports the Administration Supervisor by delivering broad administrative assistance to the Marlborough and Auckland operations teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Support office operations across Marlborough and Auckland, including reception cover, office coordination, filing, and work within business systems.
- Arrange travel and manage associated bookings and logistics.
- Coordinate ordering of office consumables, catering, and personal protective equipment.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Leadership group.
- Help organise wine show entries, hospitality activities, and celebration events.
- Look for practical ways to improve, simplify, and streamline administrative workflows.
- Work flexible hours when needed to support visitors, events, and harvest periods.
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in administration or operations support.
- Strong organisation and time-management capability.
- High attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and office management systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and also contribute effectively within a team.
